This shed has two functional 18" W x 42" H screened aluminum windows and a double door that creates a 4' W x 6' H opening. The door latch locks for security. The shed goes together easily because the wall sections are panelized, with prefastened siding that ensures that the panels are square. The composite straight trim is also prefastened to the panels. The rest of the necessary parts are precut and ready to assemble. The walls use 2 x 4 framing that is 16" on center and the front and back walls are 6 feet high. Both the trim and siding come 98% primed and ready for painting. You must supply fasteners, shingles, paint, floor (if needed), and drip edge. You should check local codes and HOA restrictions to obtain necessary permits before ordering. Two people must be present to unload shipment from the delivery truck when it arrives.
