This 36 inch fireplace from Majestic is a great alternative to a traditional fireplace, and it has safety features that enable you to safely burn natural or propane gas in your home. The controllable flames and the remote ready design make this a fireplace that will work for anyone. Up to 26,000 BTUs are put out, and the efficiency can be as high as 80 percent, making this fireplace almost as effective as a wood-burning fireplace.
