The Majestic Topaz 40ILDV Direct Vent Gas Fireplace Insert - Propane Gas comes with clean face design, and features a Natural Flame burner with fiber ceramic log set. Designed in a sharp Tavern Brown firebrick, this beauty puts out anywhere from 30,000 to 38,000 BTUs. The insert also features a thermostat blower, 160 cfm and can be used with HEDV termination. It also has a 3 in. intake and exhaust, with an 18 in. flex line equipped with an on/off shut-off valve. The Majestic Topaz fireplace insert comes CSA design certified.
