By Chris on May 13, 2014

The patio mount base is a part number MPB which can be seen in the part number as JNR4-N + MPB. The JNR4-N represents the grill model, whereas the MPB represents the base type.

How can I get a user's manual online? What chemicals do you suggest that can remove very encrusted grime on the grills themselves that have been on the surfaces of the gills for 5 years? I have one of this model grill and am thinking of buying another one.

You can viewOwner's Manual and maintenance and cleaning instructions can be found on page 28 of the manual.

If you have a self cleaning oven, simply place the grids in the oven and put it in it's self-cleaning cycle. It will burn off all the accumulated gunk. Then put it in the dishwasher for a cycle to wash the residue off. Works for me every time....
