I would need a building permit to install the Penthouse 5-sided cedar Garden shed. The local authority would require a building plan with specifications. Is this available? I am not sure the building directions I saw online are sufficient.
I would also have to construct the floor myself- the grade is not level where the homeowner wants to put the shed and I would have to use bigger joists spanning the concrete piers I would have to pour. I would appreciate your input- the homeowner does seem to be interested in this product.
