A tough tarp is what you get with this item by Polytuf. It is made of 1000 denier fabric, 6.0 ounces per square yard, and 11-12 mil thickness. It is silver on one side and black on the other so that you decide whether you want to absorb heat or deflect heat from the belongings underneath the tarp. Both sides reflect UV rays. The tarp has tough heat-sealed seams and reinforced plastic corners, double-stitched or heat-sealed hems with 1/4" bolt roping, and rustproof grommets every 24" around the hem. The fabric resists deterioration from heat, cold, water and UV rays. This item is strong enough for commercial use.
