The tops of the table and chairs have comfortable halved log flat tops. The beautiful wood is sanded to a finish that perfectly smooth. It requires no finish, but can be painted or stained if desired. If not finished, it will weather to a beautiful silver-grey patina through exposure to the elements. Its high strength-to-weight ratio makes the wood durable but also easy to move. No harmful chemical preservatives have been used on this item. Some assembly of the set is required. A 5-year manufacturer's warranty applies. The table dimensions are 30" H x 37" Square and each of the four chairs is 20" D x 20.5" W x 36" H.
