A simple air curing allows this tough mortar to withstand temperatures as high as 2,550 degrees Fahrenheit--and develop a compressive strength of more than 2,500 psi. This mortar resists acid and water damage, and meets NFPA211, 1988 edition and NYSCMA Tek Spec No. 3 requirements.

• Can be used for joining or repairing flue tiles and as a parge coating for building fireboxes

• Hydraulic set does not require heat to cure
