I wish I would have found this earlier

The Garage Door Screen by Shelter Logic is fantastic. I keep my garage door open a lot. The screen is very thick, not flimsy like the one I purchased from another company. No more flies!! During the day you can see out but people passing by can't see in because the screen is dark. I would definitely recommend this over anything else. The only negative is the glue used for the Velcro that is attached to the frame of the garage starts to come loose. Easy solution is to use roofing nails to keep it from detaching about every 6 inches.

Pros:

Durability, keeps the bugs and flies out, privacy.

Cons:

Adhesive used to keep the velcro attached to the garage.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

will start my review, from beginning to end, of assembly.
When my Package arrived, it looked in terrible shape, the metal poles, that roll in the bottom, were sticking out of the box, and I could see the screen material. I thought to 'Myself', screwed again, On Line. lol but
to my surprise , this was a rare 'First Impression', that was the opposite of things to come. Mine was a 16x7, it was easy to install, and works great, I can see out perfectly, yet you can't see in. I made my garage into a Man Cave, a lot of work, and I almost shelled out $2,800.00 like my neighbor did for his, but I figured for the small amount of money for the Shelter Logic, I'd take a Chance, so glad I did. I love it, and I also love the fact, my neighbor likes it better than his .I did learn a couple things, that makes it look better, and fit better. I attached roofing nails to the top Velcro every 6 inches, to the 'Top Velcro strip only, not the sides, this makes it stronger and I went to Lowes and got a heavy 4' pipe, only about $5.00, to place in the one side, that didn't have one, as it fits better, and takes all the Wrinkles out, and I got 3 Large eye bolt type hooks, and attached them, in the top of my garage door frame, then, I cut the Velcro straps off, it looks so much better, and rolls up higher, so now it is over the top of my garage windows, and looks great. The eye bolts were only $2.00 each, and even have black rubber around them so they match, and will not effect the screen. I am so glad I didn't purchase the Roll-up-kit, I hate the strings hanging down, and you can roll it up tighter by hand.One thing did hack me off, the zipper on one side, didn't have a 'Stop', in it at the Top, and it completely came off, one night, and I will was feeling 'Happy', lets say, in my Man Cave, and couldn't get it back on, my wife came to the rescue, and attached it back, and placed a 'Safety Pin', at the top, so that won't happen again. Bottom line is, I love it, you simply will never find a Better Product, for any amount. They just need to take more pride in packaging, but a truly great Product, and a steal at the price, and I have 'Neighbor Envy', that alone is worth the Price...

Pros:

I am truly surprised, it fits great, looks great, a steal at the price, and you can't see in, and the sun, stays, off my Corvette, now, and me. My neighbor spent some $2,680.00 more, and shelter Logic is 'Better'...I plan to purchase one for our Florida home.
