This furnace has an automatic bi-metal draft damper and a built-in ash door and removable dump pan. It also has removable shaker grates with a handle for convenience. This add-on furnace will give you the extra heating power that your home needs.

The house is 2000 sq ft, no central air. Can I run the duct work and then would the blowers on the furnace be large enough to heat the house, or do I need the additional blowers of a central furnace to make it work properly?

This furnace is intended to be used as a stand alone unit or a supplement to an existing central air system. Given the square footage you intend to heat, the pair of standard blowers will easily be able to handle your needs.
